Organization's Background
SAMPACA Credit Cooperative was registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on December 17, 1997 No. LGA 3337. Membership was associational, members of the SAMPACA Association and legitimate stall owners. There are twenty(20) incorporators with an authorized capital stock of ₱1,600,000.00 with par value of ₱100.00 per share. The subscribed capital stock is ₱400,000.00 while the paid up capital is ₱100,000.00.

To achieve a unified, interconnected, and responsible membership and leadership that fulfills the shared goal of continuous development for each individual and the community they belong to.
Goals
- To gather capital and capabilities from the members, to protect and grow them while living out the principles of the cooperative. To have an enlightened membership, excellent and honest management, and to continuously strive for growth.
- To provide loans with low interest for productive activities.
- To help uplift the members' capabilities in livelihood and financial management.
- To gather the members' capabilities by encouraging savings and voluntary service contributions.
- To provide training and studies for members to enhance their skills in providing advice regarding livelihood.
- To live out and share the principles of the cooperative and to be an example of sharing, which is one of the cooperative's customs.
